Are you looking to leverage your expertise to grow a role that offers varied and challenging work? Our company, a leading parent organization that owns and operates 340+ franchise locations across North America, is seeking a new Account Manager. 

This position will serve as the primary account contact on insurance and non-insurance accounts, focusing on transactional activities and problem-solving.  The Account Manager will work with the Marketing and Operations Departments to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management and maintenance of these accounts. 

Position: Account Manager
Reports to:  Strategic Accounts Team
Location: Fully Remote
Salary Range: $65K - $85K annually

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all technical activities within the assigned accounts.
  • Function as the primary contact with the client’s program coordinator and other key personnel
  • Oversee and institute dispute resolution procedures necessary to meet the service and quality requirements on assigned accounts
  • Analyze and appraise the effectiveness of operating procedures and processes of the accounts assigned
  • Update and communicate on an ongoing basis with internal and external clients on program specifics.
  • Provide support to the Vice President of Strategic Accounts as it relates to the management of new and existing accounts with insurance and non-insurance partners.  
  • Participate on sales and marketing calls as necessary to ensure a smooth transition of accounts 
  • Deliver presentations to PDR Owners School, district meetings, the PDR annual convention and the Strategic Marketing Committee as requested
  • Analyze and recommend programs and procedures that are in the best interest of all parties
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions

Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent field experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the systems used in dispatch and reporting claim transactions
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Restoration and or insurance carrier/industry experience
  • Certification(s) in Claims Handling
Travel:
This position may require up to 33% travel.  This position may require travel to franchise locations, trainings, and team meetings.
